IWR6843ISK-ODS: Getting detections at a particular zone for all kinds of configuration

I am running the demo binary for 68xx sensor. I am getting detections at a particular (x,y,z) values which are persistent across all kinds of configurations. The points are present even though I increase CFAR threshold to a high level. I suspect a hardware issue on this board. I have raised a support ticket for the same issue and they require authorization from the e2e engineer. Please let me know what can be done.

Hi Pathith,

There are some steps we can take to debug this issue.

First, can you please post an image or table of the data for the points you are seeing.

Second, please provide chirp configuration, mmwave SDK version, and other supporting information.

Third, have you had a look at the "Range Bias and Rx Channel Gain/Phase Measurement and Compensation" section in the mmWave SDK demo documentation? This may be the solution to your problem. Hi Sabeeh,

I am working on Range Bias and Rx Channel Gain/Phase Measurement and Compensation. I will get back to you once I have the output.

I am running demo binary for 68xx in mmwave sdk v3.4. The chirp config is the default available on mmwave demo visualizer.
