Trying to measure differential capacitance in the 0 - 500pF range

Hello,

I have an application where I'm trying to measure a pressure sensor that has an output of differential capacitance in the couple of hundred pF range. Does TI have an AFE for an application like this? Or does TI have a reference design for something that can interface with this? I'm looking to convert the change in capacitance to an analog voltage value.

    Hello Rob, 

    We have recently created an FAQ on capacitive sensing applications. I would recommend that you have a chance to visit our FAQ and do let us know if you have any specific questions. In general our capacitive sensing applications are for liquid level sensing or proximity sensing and depending on your use case I would need more specifics on the information needed from our side to help. FAQ would be a good place to start here.
