The module started to work normally. After a few days, the module could not work normally. After investigation, as long as two antennas were shielded, the module could work normally. It can be seen in the figure that there are corrosion spots on the two antennas. The customer's demand is to replace the product

这个模块一开始是正常工作的，过了几天后，该模块无法正常工作，经排查只要屏蔽其中两根天线，模块又可以正常工作，图中可以看出两个天线有腐蚀点，客户的诉求是更换货

The application for return and replacement was rejected. This is a problem of the product itself. The board can't be used. It's tens of thousands of pieces. It can't be handled in this way. After sales, at least repair / replacement

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you highlight the reason for rejection here?

I'm afraid it was rejected because the board was working absolutely fine previously as you mentioned. All the boards are tested properly at TI factory before shipment. If you had observed any unusual activity when you received it, you should've reported it immediately. The return/replacement process would have been much simpler then.

But since you've used the board for some time now, maybe due to some mishandling there is some issue with the antenna. 

Maybe we can try to debug this board. Can you highlight what are the issues? What do you mean by "not working"? Is it giving erroneous results or not able to capture data?

Hello Betty,

It is perfectly normal to see some rust/scratching on the surrounding surface of the antenna. This is due to the immersion silver finish, it is purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the antenna. Immersion silver is susceptible to oxidation on prolonged exposure to air.

But in case you're seeing any issues in the performance, please highlight that in detail. Maybe it is due to some other issue.
