AMC6821-Q1: THERM Pin Function

Part Number: AMC6821-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC6821

Does the THERM Pin always have to be pulled up high for the output PWM to function with the software controlled duty cycle? The pin is floating in our application since it is being treated as an output but can only get the PWMout signal generated if a pullup is added.
