How put an offset on the AFE4400 ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4400

Good morning,

I'm a french engineering student who works on an on-board detector of Benzopyrene in water project.

The idea is to measure the benzopyrene's fluorescence with a photodiode. Then we use an AFE4400 ought to digitalize the current.

We need to deal with low current (because of low concentration, around µg/L) and we encouter huge conversion errors when the current is close to 0A (with low illumination of the photodiode).

Here is what we receive. This huge oscillations appear when the photodiode is put in the black.

So ought to always have a minimum current value, we've thought to put an offset. But I didn't find this in the datesheet. Can someone tell first if it's possible and if so how ?

Thanks for your help.
