  I am not understanding by what you are considering as alternatives.  There are many similar devices, and without more specific information, we cannot make a recommendation.  Are you looking for pin-to-pin replacements?  Different packaging?

Yes, we are looking for pin-to-pin replacements because we can't find stock of these components. Do you have any idea of which one is the best one?

  A drop-in substitution device would be dependent upon the circuit design and parameters.  Your company will have to make that determination and evaluation based on the design requirements.  I suggest starting with the process described previously, go to each device Product Folder page and use the Product Selection list to determine a similar device.
