AWR6843AOP: Can AWR6843AOP and IWR6843AOP use same HW and SW design?

Hi,

My customer asked if AWR6843AOP and IWR6843AOP can use same HW and SW design or not. I would like to answer yes, but I am not sure about if there is any difference on the bss firmware of these two chips.

Would you pls help to double check?

if currently customer can use same software for both two chips. How about when IWR6843AOP or AWR6843AOP mass production?

Hello,

For Functional execution the behavior would be same, difference on below should be accounted for by the user:

1. Difference in available peripheral.

2. Difference on safety/monitoring feature. - Different boottimes

3. Quality level of the device for targeted application.
