Where can i find the gerber or step files of the PCB. I need it to integrate it into a test bench.

It is a two layer board, so should be pretty easy to copy from that if you really want that form factor - if you want something more compact, I can point you towards two TI Reference Designs which use the LMP91000 and do have design files to download, located here:
