IWR1843BOOST: mmWave studio: Converting .xml config file to raw config file (.cfg)

Hi support team,

I have been using mmWave studio long time. In mmWave studio, We can save the config file as .xml format. However, we want to save it as .cfg format in order to be able to send the commend to mmWave sensor through CLI. So the problem is how to convert files between these two formats.
