We have purchased 10PCS from TI Store, among which 1PCS cannot be burned,

please help to confirm whether the product has been damaged or not. thank you

Please try some of the debug methods and let us know if your problem still persists.

Also, another question, as soon as you supply power to the DCA1000 board, apart from the 5V LED, do you see all the other LEDs to the left of the power LED light up? I'm assuming your connections to be proper if you were able to successfully power ON the other 9 boards.
