IWR6843: Cannot Connect to Serial Port

Hi,

I get this error shown below when I plugin my IWR6843ISK to my windows PC. when I run the xdsdfu commands, there is no device detected. On a different PC, the IWR6843ISK + DCA1000EVM works fine. 

Is there a way to fix this? Where are the drivers for these XDS110 Ports?
