My customer wants to know actual drive current variation of DRIVE_CURRENTx though whole temp range. We can change the drive current through DRIVE_CURRENTx register but it's nominal value and actual drive current should have some variation.
According to the datasheet, Fig2 and Fig3, IDD tends to be increased when getting higher temp condition. But there is no drive current variation example in the datasheet.
Do you have any error distribution data on the actual drive current vs DRIVE_CURRENTx nominal setting value?
And tell me how it varies against temperature and Vin voltage changes.
