Good day.
Our customer bought IWR6843ISK but he believes he received it defective. The USB port never connects and the LED indicator never lights up. This happens out of the box. He followed the User guide which says set dip switch to {off,off,on,on,off,any} to enable usb out of the box demo or flashing other demos. The USB enumeration never lit up and he could not connect to any ports. He ordered two other boards sales order # T01256191. Both of those work as expected. That makes him confident the first board was defective.
Let us know if customer can proceed with the replacement process?

May I know when was the board purchased? Is the 5V LED also not glowing?

Hello Ishita,
The board was ordered mar 24 2021 and received mar 30th. Kindly check the photo attached. LEDs D5, D3 and D6 are illuminated as expected. LED D4 --> USB active has never lit up.

As you mentioned the other boards work as expected, I believe you're following the correct steps.
Please contact TI sales support about replacing the non-working board.
