AWR1843: How many cycles or how long does it take if CW frequency change.

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know how long it takes if CW change from 76.5GHz to 77GHz?
The all parameter is configured and set at 76.5GHz.
After that how long does it take to reach 77GHz?

For example, it takes one clock of R4F. etc.

I assume there is an application running on the R4F. Is this correct?

How is the application configuring CW?

Hi Cesar,

A customer would like to know the CW frequency switching time by HW side in order to check the requirement for the export control.
They do not use the CW for the product. So R4F control is just an example.

For example, with mmWave Studio it is possible to change the CW frequency easily.
Please let us know the switching time without digital IF communication of commands.

Please let me know if we have such data or not.
