AWR6843: [GPADC1] question about GPADC input before power on

Champs,

The input range of GPADC is 0 to 1.8V.

I want to check what will happen at below case.

* While the IC (AWR6843) is power off, user input 1V to the GPADC (P1) port.

So, is there any possibility of problem (device damage) in this case?
