DCA1000EVM: Error when launching the software

Hello Team,

Good day.

My customer installed the mmWave Studio, version 1.0. as discussed on the thread below:

After, installed version 1.0. Now they have an error when launching the software, then click "Ok" and the software opens the main window with a script error as on the picture.

Hi,

It seems that the error is related to mmWave Studio 2.1.

Did the customer also install mmWave Studio 2.1?

Good day. My customer already uninstalls version 2.1 however, still having this error.

Any solution we can offer?

Renan,

Can you have the customer that the specific DLL file mentioned in the error message is present in the file explorer?

Please ensure the entire folder for mmWave Studio v2.1 is removed from the C:\ti directory.
