I want to find a Ultrasonic sensor that can detect from 200 to 500mm, the smaller ultrasonic detection point, the better.

    Hello Thomas,

    What kind of application is this for? This will help with the suggestion.

    But as an overview my suggestions would PGA460 or TUSS4470. They offer similar results but in different ways, they do differ in that PGA460 has a time varying gain which can be altered to increase the gain when the returning pulse is expected. TUSS4470 has a logarithmic amplifier.

    The transducer will be dependent on the application if its air coupled or water coupled. Both devices support a large range of transducer frequencies. But those should be good starts to look at.
