IWR1642BOOST: Possibility of changing beam angle of IWR1642BOOST

Part Number: IWR1642BOOST
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DCA1000EVM,

I am using IWR1642BOOST board with DCA1000EVM in a closed room to detect objects in horizontal plane. The Figure in the github link shows side view and top view of the mounted board for object detection in horizontal plane (this setup is exactly same as described by TI user manual for IWR1642BOOST Figure 21. Vertical Assembly of EVM).

Github link for figure:

Questions:

1. In the github link Figure, as shown in the side view, the beam angle (shown in blue) is 90 degrees to the sensor and parallel to the ground plane. I want to know that “without moving a sensor board”, by software settings, is it possible for beam angle to be changed to lower than 90 degrees (say 70 degrees) to detect objects on the floor (Figure A), or higher than 90 degrees (say 110 degrees) to detect objects near ceiling (Figure B)?

2. If this is possible with any of the TI mmWave Radar sensor, then please specify the part number/ board number.
