Use the case in the user guide to test (a single sensor measures the horizontal distance), the sensor used is our own design, the resonance frequency is 300hz, but the test result fluctuates too much, I want to know the specific reason

    Are you using the internal clock of the TDC1000? If you are you need to change the clock division to 32, this will transmit the pulses at 250kHz which will get close to the 300kHz resonant frequency of the transducer that you are using on your system. I believe this might be causing the fluctuations in your results. Feel free to try it out and let me know if it worked on your end.

    After changing the clock frequency to 250Khz (divided by 32), the test result obtained is still very unstable. The specific hardware and software settings are as follows,The test result is not accurate, it should be in 200 microseconds instead of 38 microseconds

    The connections from the transducer to the board do not look robust. I would recommend soldering the ends to header pins if possible to ensure that the transducer is connected to the EVM properly. The picture below shows how I have done the ends of my transducer to connect to the EVM.

    Secondly, is the transducer supposed to be measuring air or water? If its water how is it being mounted onto the tank? From the image it looks like it placed just inside the tank.
