"DNP" in Schematic?

I found some "DNP" components in the schematic of TDC7200EVM, I know DNP means "not populated by default", but I don't know whether I should solder the components on board or not. How can I determine which components are necessary? Thanks.

To the best of my knowledge you don't have to solder components. The board works as it is. The board is pretty much plug and play

Thanks for the reply. Do you know why these "DNP" components are drawn in schematics if they are not needed?

Eric,

DNP stands for "Do Not Populate" and as such are not installed on the EVMs. They are there for use during testing and development.
