Why does the system keeps on prompting us to include our company emails even though I have done that? It's so buggy!

The entire message creating and replying are so buggy. A single enter key creates multiple duplicated replies. And after 'visiting' my profile page, I am able to send reply again until to be locked out later with the same company email requirement. It is so weird! We are not able to get your local FAE support which is why we turn to online support. We want to use your product, so please help us. Thanks.
