Email alert again stopped

Hi,

Again Email alert does not work for my account. Last Email alert was received at the 6th of June 2021. Since then no Email alert received so far. I normally got an Email alert once a week.

Hello Patrick,

As in your previous post, please advise which email alerts you are not receiving. A screen capture of the settings for one of them would be helpful.

I will also research to see if this is the same problem that was corrected last time this occurred, and I will advise before the end of the week.

Thanks for the fast reply. It's the "Product, tool and software alerts" under myTI.

Hi Patrick,

One more thought while I am researching on this side: do you have filters on the email server that might be sending these alerts off to SPAM or deleted folder?

According to our IT we have nothing in the spam folder.

Okay, good to know. I was thinking perhaps on your personal email account. Regardless, we are still researching this on our side. Will update as soon as I have more information.
