Having trouble to login E2E forum after the section is expired on Firefox.

I frequently see these issues when my section of Firefox browser tab accessing to TI e2e forum is expired. I do logout and login several times but still see such issue. Finally, I can use Chrome to post this issue. It seems latest Web Update had made this trouble. Please help to check why this happens so frequently.

Hi YiKai,

We are looking into this. Wondering if clearing cookies/cache before attempting to login again will help.

And you don't see this behavior on Chrome, is that correct?

I had try to clear cookies and caches but that doesn’t help. For Chrome, I try to logout and login several times to make it work so I won’t say there is no problem on Chrome. By the way, I find I cannot revert the “answered” post after I mark a post as answered. Where can user revert “answered” post?

LeonardEllis I can confirm I see the same issue on Chrome browser. Since I click "This resolved my issue" accidentally and you reply this cannot be reverted in my another post. Should I create another new post?

Hi YiKai,

We have seen similar SignOut behavior and are investigating.

We can continue this thread and discussion regardless of a previous status of "resolved", the thread is still open and useable.
