Hi YiKai,
This is as intended. Once the original poster accepts the "answer", it cannot then be rejected.

This doesn't make sense at all. If someone click "This resolved my issue" by accident and cannot revert, the only way is to create a new post and this is a waste of resource.
I understand. Let me discuss this with the E2E team. I'll get back to you before the end of this week.

Hi YiKai,
The 'revert' was a glitch in the upgrade and will not be a standard feature. If you find that you clicked the "Resolved" by mistake, simply edit the Reply and add a statement that reflects this mistake. Something like "I clicked the 'this resolved my issue' button by mistake, please ignore".
And then just continue with the thread discussion as if the "resolved" was never clicked.

In that thread, Marie set TITR on Oct 22, then Joao Rejected the answer, setting it to Not Resolved. Then today, Marie posted another Reply, Joao accepted this one, setting thread to Resolved. I'm not seeing that Joao accepted the last Reply by accident, seems he accepted the answer and the situation.

If you check Joao 's latest reply, he mentioned "Oops, I clicked the resolved button by accident." I just mean to give you an example to show you how people easily click the resolved button accidentally.
