We have 4 - TI OMNI 800 / model 885 ATB PRINTER - DOT MATRIX printers we have been using for invoicing since 1987. Yes, still works after 35 years! Amadeus has been our airline / agency support DRS since the beginning with the use of their PRO PRINTER platform which is soon coming to an end - JUNE 2022. We have more than 6000 SUNTOURS 2-part pre-printed tractor feed invoices that will go to the garbage / landfill. They upgraded our PC system and accidentally removed the printer driver software on DEC 8 from our Windows 10 and installed their SAPE (Stand Alone Printer Emulator) program. We only use 1 TI printer as it works and has never failed and the other 3 are new and nearly never used for 20+ years. One still in the box shipped from Texas. The Amadeus tech person would reload the TI printer back to our PC to make us of the 6000 invoices but we are lacking the PRINTER DRIVER. Is this something we can get from TI perhaps on a disc? Or download it from the internet?
