Dear Sir/Ms.
My customer can not login to MY TI. He can not login in afer he changed MY TI passwords. I clean all cookies and my testing computer. I try to login his my ti account at my testing computer still can not login.
I notice his account is steven_sung@xxx.xxx.xx but the account was showing herokitten5166663@gmail.com.
Is something wrong of his MY TI account?
