can't access pspice for TI.

I can't access pspice for TI.

During instalation process, I have been asked for my credentials. I have checked that I introduced correctly them but the installator shows the following message:

Access key entered is not in expected format.

Hi César,

The access key should look like this:

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-Mxxx-Nxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Please copy and paste it from the approval email you've received.
