IATF 16949 Certification for Carsem-Suzhou

I would like to add that Carsem-Suzhou is a subcontract factory of your company.

However, our customer' request is IATF 16949 Certification for Carsem-Suzhou, not the one for TI.
Since Carsem-Suzhou is a subcontract factory of your company, is it possible to obtain it through your company?

I did not realize that specific certification had to reference individual plants.  I did some additional searching and found this doc for the CARSEM plant, but nothing for the IATF:
