Part identification.

Hi Team,

A customer is asking for help to identify the burnt part in the picture. I tried using our tool but I could not find the correct device with the marking as the picture below. Can you please help?

I read the marking as  5101 56T A65T. I'm not sure if this is correct.

This part is from an industrial Pc ASEM WS 410 the customer is looking to repair.

I apologize for posting this on the site support forum but I don't know where to post this inquiry since I can't identify the part

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Marvin

  • Hello Marvin,

Yes, using the Part Marking Lookup Tool with "5101" yields many devices.  Seems there is another character or two before the "5101" that cannot be read.  Looking at the list produced from PMLT, and limiting to 16-pin devices, we have these possibilities: none!

I also tried looking for 16-pin devices PWP package (that's what this looks like, but could be different) and again, no results.

I even looked through the ASEM catalog to try and find a WS410, but no luck there either.  But I did find this company that repairs https://www.paragontech.com/WS-410-12-H1.html .

My suggestion is to have the customer request a schematic from the manufacturer of the product.

    Regards,
