ti.com account verification does not proceed normally.

Hi,

While logging into the ti.com website, I saw a message window like the one below.

I clicked the 'Send' button to receive the account verify email and clicked the 'Verify your account' button included in the email.
However, only the following message appears, and account verification does not proceed normally.

What should I do?
The account with an error in verification is eng@syncworks.co.kr
