Some terms will not search anything in the forum

If I search for "push" or "api", the ajax search returns results when I type the term, but when I press enter, a page with zero results appears.

Some search terms work.

Hello Petr,

Try clearing the browser cache/cookies first.

Also, when you see the first search results pop-up, click on the Advanced search link at the bottom right of the page.

Even in an anonymous browser window (empty history and cookies), the two queries behave differently. Try it.

- works

https://e2e.ti.com/search?q=push&category=forum

- need login

By click on Advanced search link, I land on the same url as by the enter key.

Hi Petr,

Wondering if you are still seeing this? I tried to replicate it and could not. Be sure to SignOut of E2E when you are done, then SignIn next time you use E2E.

can you please verify these problem with searching "push" term under an account that does not have TI permissions?

Hi Petr,

Yes, we have been able to replicate this behavior, but as yet we do not have an explanation as to why it is occurring. I found a few other words that do the same. We are still researching, and I will let you know as soon as we find a reason.
