TPS62090-Q1: Wrong frequency in PWM mode

Hi team,

My customer finds the PWM mode switching frequency of TPS62090-Q1 is 2MHz in their test, which should be 2.8MHz from the datasheet. The test condition are [Vin=3.3V, L=1uH, Vo=1.8V, Io=0.55A] and [Vin=3.3V, L=1uH, Vo=1.2V, Io=1.2A]. The waveform and schematic are as below. Could you please kindly solve this problem? Thanks a lot for your assistance!
