Hi Vitalij,
Figures 5-1,2,3 show the correct pinout for the device. I agree that this pinout is frustrating since they are inverted vs. the input side! It makes it harder to swap between gate drivers in a layout.
Maybe they were mixed up in the original design!
Best regards,
Sean
скажите пожалуйста, это состояние выключения или отключения драйвера можно ввести или нет?? ucc5350m
Hi Vitalij,
You can disable the driver by tying IN- high or by tying IN+ low. There is also a UVLO under voltage lock out circuit that will disable the driver if the input or output power supplies fall below a threshold. There is not a designated disable pin.

if i use N- when passing pulse to mosfet, can i ground N+ and put driver in shutdown mode??? or using N- to pass pulse to mosfet, should i give high level to N- to turn off??? Thanks for reply,
Hi Vitalij,
If either IN+ is low or IN- is high, the output of the driver will be low.

Hello. Is it possible for ucc5350M to work adequately in the upper arm of the half-bridge if different power is supplied to the primary and secondary sides. Namely, the secondary side Vcc2 "+15V" Vee2 "- 5 V"??? Thank you.
Hi Vitalij,
Yes, you can use a different power supply for the secondary upper side. You can use a SN6501 and a small transformer to supply 15V above the switch node phase voltage.
Best regards,
Sean
