PSPICE-FOR-TI: cannot connect to the cadence license service when install PSpice for TI

I assume that you waited and tried again and got the same error.

This could be due to local firewall/VPN protections.

Please try turning off VPN and then try again. Do you get the same error?

Also, have your IT department whitelist the following:

https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/

https://software-dl.ti.com/

https://downloads.ti.com/

Let's see if any of that helps. If not, we'll continue to peel back the onion and figure out the problem.
