TPS6594-Q1：DRA829J平台的PMIC，PMICA:TPS65941213RWERQ1, PMICB:TPS65941111RWERQ1

pylon项目的PMIC上电时序，有个问题确认下。

根据PMIC的规格书时序要求，现在我们这边测试BUCK3_monitor也就是TPS65941213的49 pin（FB_B3），不满足时序要求。对比了参考设计发现，参考设计的FB_B3接的电源，是通过TPS659411的GPIO11控制的，而我们的设计，FB_B3接的电源，是通过TPS65941213的GPIO9控制的。所以想要确认下，我们的设计有没有问题？
