LM5176-Q1: Chlorine contamination

Hello TI team,

We have a unit with chlorine contamination in your device LM5716-Q1.

The device is on the bottom side and the PCB shows a burnt area on top side. We have some questions for which we'd like to have your feedback:

1. Is chlorine used in this device?

2. What conditions could cause the chlorine to get exposed?

3. Could the burnt effect be related to the chlorine contamination?

We did SEM/EDS analysis and there was presence of Cl.
