We received chips, but they are incorrect. The packaging does say PUCC256602DDBR, but inside there are 256601 chips.
Where we can get the correct chips? Needed soonest.
Can you please investigate? Order was: 20 pieces of PUCC256602DDBR:
Can you send us correct components? And will you reimburse money for wrong item code shipped? Or do we send the components back?
Our customer is testing a new revision version and need those asap.
