    Hello Sureshkumar,

    Please reference document SLVAEU0 "Hermetic Package Reflow Profiles, Termination Finishes, and Lead Trim and Form " on ti.com.

    It states that, "The package body temperature must not exceed 260°C at any time or the hermetic seal of the package will be damaged"
