Do you have any design calculation excel sheet? Will start with 1kV design and later extend it for other voltage. Can we use this part to generate 1kV AC output and still support secondary side regulation?

Your specs are DC to DC isolated -20KV @4W output. Input 8 to 18 V DC. But this device is not a good option for this specs since its wattage is very small. Usually a flyback can be used for the specs you provided such as UCC28700. What do you mean AC output? There is no specs for AC output in your previous message.
We do not have a calculation sheet for LM25037 but we have calculation sheet for UCC28700,

What do you mean AC output? Want to generate 1kV (close to square or sine wave) as output. Do you have any other part suggestion, to better obtain this output?

What is your AC square specification? Is your converter with DC output or AC output? Why do you specify "Need support to design DC to DC isolated -20KV @4W output. Input 8 to 18 V DC." at beginning of this thread?
I am not clear what you are looking for? Is it a dc-dc converter or an dc-ac inverter?

As mentioned in my second reply. We are splitting the design in two stages.
First stage will use dc- ac inverter for 1kV output and
in second stage, we will use multiplier to generate ac to dc of -20kV output.
Application domain is automotive, and automotive grade component available till 2.5kV for this domain (capacitor and diode).

In such a case, LM25037 push-pull converter can provide dc-ac but ac is in square wave if you want to get sinusoidal, you need to add L-C filter to filter high frequency. So a push-pull should be used which can produce symmetrical positive and negative square waveform.
