Yes it's much faster today but there's another critical problem. When I hit "Ask a new question":

It takes me to the general customer support page rather than start a new topic:

Please fix urgently.
It seems that extra hoops have been added to raising threads. Now I have to verify my myTI account to "Ask a new question". Then if I follow through with the new Contact support form, the question is raised correctly on the forum. I guess something happened to require tightening up security.
