Is this not the E2E "Site Support" forum? This a problem that occurs when I want to make use of the E2E site.
This is the E2E forum but this is for technical support of our devices and so these are assigned to applications engineers. Even though this is regarding access to E2E, it seems like you need help from IT which should go to the Customer support center | TI.com.
