AM263P4: Unable to access restricted document despite signed NDA

Unfortunately that is the page that shows Access Denied.

Previously I have requested the documents before having NDA signed and got denied. That record still remains in my secured resources page. Perhaps that is somehow related?

Could you please share the screenshot, Also can you clear you cookes or try from a new browser,

I've tried both clearing the cookies and another browser, but the result is same.

Can you share the NDA ID, you should have recieved, 

Also can you ask any other collegue in your company to tryy to access it again.

I have sent NDA ID as private message.

Also I'm the only one with TI account with my company.
