When I attempted to reply to the TMS320F280049: DCL Triggering ITRAP I attempted to attach an image by using Insert -> Image/Video/File, but there is something strange about that thread in that the Upload option doesn't appear and was unable to attach an image to that thread:
Using the same browser session I was able to attach an image to this thread (and other threads).
On the problematic thread drag-and-drop also failed to attach an image.
