We are going to use this multiplexer's NC & NO pin as an output. So I need to know the maximum current driving strength of those pins.

This is a passive switch; there is no buffer. When a switch is on, it behaves pretty much like a 10 Ω resistor. The absolute maximum rating for the current than can pass through the switch is ±50 mA.
