TMUX1219: Input is FORCED low despite I apply logic "HIGH"

Expert 1600 points
Part Number: TMUX1219

I used TMUX1219 to direct the input (at pin D) to one of two paths (S1 or S2), however, I notice that if I applied '1' at D, it is somehow being pulled to '0' (I don't see more than 0.4Volts).

I concluded the MUX is what is pulling it down because I de-popped R37 and I measured the correct voltage at the pad connected to the source

Given: when I probe VDD, GND, and IO pins, they all have correct voltages

  • Is there anything wrong with that design?

  • Any quick fix?
