But may you help update the TS5MP646 package information in its datasheet? My customer need the information in datasheet.

Hi Roy,

The package is detailed in the datasheet. You need to scroll down to the bottom.

Also, I would advise any new designs to use the TMUX646 device for MIPI applications if possible instead of the TS5MP646.

Hi Roy,

Our team is working with the datasheet team to add this package ePOD to the ti.com datasheet. We will provide you the latest update on the status by 07/20. Normally, the ePOD automatically gets pulled but for some reason it did not happen on this datasheet.
