I need to add one PCIe expander(Switch), Which converts 1 PCIe slot to 4 PCIe slots.

As Clemens mentioned, if you're looking to expand the PCIe we won't have a solution in our portfolio. However, if you're only attempting to switch between certain signals, for example a PCIe clock, we may have a solution.

If that is the case, how many lines are you trying to switch between? And what would the frequency and voltage of these be? Looks like you'll need a 4:1 multiplexer but how many channels would vary depending on how many pins you're trying to switch between the 4 PCIe slots.
The TMUX1309 is a good starting point though as a 4:1 with 500MHz bandwidth and can support up to 5.5V.

We are having Gen2.0,1x PCIe slot that means, almost 18 pins, so in our Project, I need to convert this 1x PCie slot to 1x 4 PCie slots,so how can we do this, is there any particular IC for switching?

One XIO3130 gives you only three downstream ports. If you use the XIO3130, you would need to cascade two of them.

Please, send us any reference design with XIO3130 so that i can go through that
