TS3DDR4000: Need simulation model for TS3DDR4000

Hi,

Can you provide simulation model for TS3DDR4000. The model you have currently available is encrypted HSPICE model, Can you share an unenrcypted model that can be used easily in tools like ADS etc..

I have to join model of TS3DDR4000 with my PCB interconnect and IBIS AMI model for complete channel performance simulation.

    We do not have an unencrypted HSPICE file to give as we no longer support HSPICE files for our analog signal multiplexer/switches and do not have the unencrypted model because of that. Unfortunately this is the only model we have for this part that is listed and it is currently pretty deep in our backlog as we are trying to create models for our newer devices at this time. 

    That being said - the analog multiplexer/ switch channel parameters are realistically just an RC circuit - where the C is the on capacitance and R is the on Resistance. Using the data in the datasheet a simple model can be made using passive elements. Using Worst case R and C values will give you a worst case simulation of the system at those specs that the values are tested for. Its not as exact as a real device would be but it would give a rough educated estimate of how worst case channel performance will affect the system.
