There was a request for a replacement product recommendation from a customer due to the delivery issue of the following parts.

- SY6875ADBC / SILERGY

Please recommend TI products with specs similar to the above parts.

The required specs are as follows.

- 12V 2A input

- Voltage clamping 16V or less

- Current limit: 2A or more

- Undervoltage lockout : 3V or less

HI MJ,

TPS25947 would be right IC to replace SY6875ADBC. TPS25947 comes with much lower Rdson (28 mohms) and smaller package (2mm x 2mm) when compared with SY6875ADBC.
