Hi there,

My customer used SN74CB3Q3245 for signal swtich. They are confused with 'Latch-up performance'. So could you give me an explanation about this function?

I can't find related contents in our datasheet.

    Hi Steven,

    That refers to the JESD78 standard latch up tests that are performed on IC's. That line in the datasheet says we adhere to that standard.  We have a white paper that goes into great detail on this located here. Section 2.1 on pages 4/5 will be the most useful to your customer - but the whole document is useful in understanding the spec and what the Latch Up tests Mean.
